what is business accent coaching?

We provide a coaching service for businesses for who's employees English is a non-native language. / for businesses with bases in countries wherein English is a non-native language for its employees.

This is especially popular with organizations for whom it is imperative to have effective daily-communication with an English-speaking customer-base – such as in customer call-centres, global IT hubs, or Managed Services.

We have conducted workshops and 1:1 coaching, both in-person and virtually, for mid to large scale companies internationally including India, Greece, Hungary, Poland and Turkey.

our approach

We will be happy to discuss any of the below package options:

  • Training Workshops (All-day or Half-day) - created to provide a comprehensive 'quick fix' Accent Softening solution within 1-day (or an even more compressed version within a half-day), within a classroom setting.  We have previously held these Training Workshops on-site at the client's base, but during covid we are providing these Training Workshops via Zoom classes (with a maximum of 12 attendees per class).

   

  • Zoom 1:1 Employee-Coaching Programs - designed to provide the extra attention-to-detail for individual employee's particular vocal habits.  These 1:1s tend to be more popular among senior members of the organisation, such as Partners or CEOs, for whom it carries even extra importance to project absolute clarity of communication at all times, in their role as leaders of the firm.
